Coach Brian Stevens
Head Coach & Company Steward
Coach Brian is the inspiration and pillar that sparked P5. Forged through 12+ years of professional fighting across MMA and boxing, his career has taken him against UFC veterans, top-tier boxers, and through gyms alongside legends. Brian’s mission is not to fight for money — it’s to fight for people. His specialty is footwork, placement, and timing, teaching foundations that last for life. His tactical, self-defense driven approach builds confidence in every student, whether youth, beginner, or competitor. With advanced expertise in plyometrics, calisthenics, balance & coordination, and myofascial techniques, Brian can prepare competitive athletes for the ring or guide everyday people toward strength, recovery, and resilience. Brian is not the only master in the room, but his stewardship, passion, and faith are the reason P5 exists.

Coach Kimberly Burt
Kickboxing
Coach Kim brings authentic kickboxing back to the Keys. With deep family roots in Muay Thai and American Kickboxing, she has over 15 years of experience. After Hurricane Irma closed her family’s schools, that tradition was lost in the Keys. Now, through P5, she’s reviving it. Her classes welcome all ages from 7 to 70. Whether you want to learn kicks, sharpen self-defense or train like a fighter, Kim provides a supportive team environment that challenges and inspires.
Coach Danny Van Staden
Boxing
A true Conch and staple of the Keys boxing scene, Danny has spent 30+ years under Coach Ricky Jackson. He’s fought professionally, trained world athletes and traveled the globe. Danny brings unmatched energy and a family spirit into every class. With his wife, daughter, nieces, nephews and cousins often by his side training with Danny feels like training with family. He’ll push you to your limits but he’ll also lift your spirit every round.
Coach John Rozem
Striking, Kickboxing & Fitness
Raised in a family of career coaches, John carries generations of martial arts knowledge. A veteran of King of the Cage with professional MMA experience, he’s trained with UFC veteran Keith Jardine and others at the highest level. John teaches Kickboxing, Muay Thai, striking, and fitness for all ages. His classes blend discipline and energy with technical detail, helping athletes, women, and kids alike build real skills and strength.
Coach Jose Davila
Boxing, MMA & Striking
Jose is truly a Keys gem, a family man, a veteran of full-contact sports and a coach who connects with everyone. He’s trained alongside UFC star Yoel Romero, worked with BKFC athletes and remains deeply tied to the sport through his media work with Chupacabra TV. Humble and thoroughly tested, Jose’s knowledge is as authentic as it gets. He brings years of boxing and MMA experience into the gym, coaching men, women and teens with passion and care. A blast to learn from, Jose brings big fight-world experience into a family-driven community gym.
Coach Jessica Rainard
Boxing & Fitness
Jessica’s journey is a true P5 story. She came in timid, unsure and afraid of gyms. Through grit, discipline and the supportive culture at P5 she transformed herself into a coach. Now Jessica teaches her own Tuesday classes, helping others hit their goals with the same tenacity she used to reach hers. She’s currently pursuing certifications to grow further but what she brings every day is unmatched: energy, encouragement and a heart to see people succeed. Jessica is living proof of the “You vs. You” mentality and she’ll bring that out in you too.
Coach Jessica Dolan
Pilates
“Tighten, tone, strengthen, and get in your zone.” That’s Coach Jessica Dolan. A tried and true Pilates coach, she helps clients discover muscles they didn’t even know they had. Her Pilates Spot studio has already made her a local favorite, and now she shares her expertise at P5. Her classes are lower-intensity but highly effective — a perfect balance of strength, stretch, and control. If you want to improve posture, tone up or recover while still breaking a sweat her Wednesday Pilates classes at noon and 5pm are for you. While kids are in their boxing class, parents can work with Jessica and leave feeling refreshed and strong.
