Our Teens Boxing program follows the USA Boxing rubric to build strong fundamentals—perfect for self-defense, competition, or as cross-training for other sports. With a focus on coordination, athletic development, and fitness, Your teens will gain strength, agility, and perseverance in a fun and structured environment. Whether they dream of stepping into the ring or just want to get active, this class sets them up for success.

KIDS BOXING (AGES 6-11) – Discipline. Confidence. Self-defense. Using a modified beginner version of the USA Boxing ruberik kids grow stronger through boxing fundamentals, building respect, conditioning, and leadership skills in a fun, structured environment.

KICKBOXING – Train like a pro. Led by former fighters and seasoned instructors, our kickboxing program delivers authentic training for all ages from 7 to 70.

USA BOXING CLASS – The most self-defense focused class. Learn the art of real boxing at any age or level, side-by-side with experienced athletes. Choose your pace, with peers and coaches supporting you every step. This class is initiative driven the more you want from it, the more you will get!
